Extending the lifespan of molds Integrated treatment of nitriding and coating [Challenge] There are two types of surface treatment processes for molds: nitriding and coating. However, since they cannot be processed in the same chamber, the delivery time was taking over a week. [Solution] By introducing our equipment, we implemented "CH Plus Coating," allowing nitriding and coating to be performed in the same chamber.
